Because the scope of our activities is so large, we need skilled input from many different areas – illustrators, set-designers, directors…  On big projects, you wouldn’t believe the strange combinations of people we get together on one team.  Obviously, we work with different people depending on the project, so we constantly and lovingly update our files in order to draw on the most fantastic pool of people to suit every job for every need, opportunity and emergency.

We’re always looking for clever, charming young people with manners who gladly put themselves forward; are proactive with finicky guests; keep up with the well-being of conventioneers; or simply take care of the coat check or distribute the give-aways.  You’re right for the job if you like to communicate and do it well, if you are polite and well-groomed, and if every once in a while you let us fix your lipstick or trim your beard…

Your humor, spoken foreign languages (!!), a good sense of organization and creativity, Intellectual capacity, quick reactions…I’m interested in all of these abilities.  I’m also interested in examples of your previous employment!

Proficiency in the area of catering is a big concern of ours – we most like to work with young, flexible people, who are not afraid of trays, 4 plates, or guests who ask questions.  We would like staff members who are accomplished servers, make a suitable appearance, never drink on the job and, above all, are able to roll up their sleeves and pitch in.  And if you’re practical, and creative, with endurance, a good attitude and team spirit – that’s even better!

In catering, only about one-third of the work is “with the guests” – the other two-thirds are setting up and taking down – but, that’s how you know where to find anything at a moment’s notice.  It’s often a really hard job!  Then again, so is every job in its own way.
